Tom is like the A&R manager of a record label. He scouts out talented up-and-coming directors and curates the various projects signed to the Film Label.

At the age of twenty Tom co-founded a film/photography company called TPAKproductions, where he honed his skills as a camera operator, editor and story teller, making event promos, big budget music videos and TV adverts. He was lucky enough to be asked to work for some illustrious names in the music world including Flux Pavilion, Disclosure and Artful Dodger and for luxury brands such as Benefit Cosmetics, travel agents; Thomas Cook, and whole host of festivals.
Tom grew up in West Midlands, England where his passion for story telling started.

Originally he wanted to be a comic book artist, but at the age of fifteen he realised it was a different form of narrative he was most drawn to and film became the obvious choice. “I always had a goal and that was to have made my first feature film by the age of thirty, so writing and directing Pandorica always felt like something that was inevitable to me, even in those early days”.

Besides film-making, Tom is a regular feature writer for various internationally published magazines.
